Youku Inc. (Youku), formerly Inc., is an Internet television company in the People’s Republic of China. The Company’s Internet television platform enables consumers to search, view and share video content across multiple devices. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company had approximately 263 million monthly visitors from homes and offices. In June 2011, the Company had approximately 53 million monthly visitors from Internet cafes. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s video content library contained more than 2,700 movie titles, 2,111 television serial drama titles and over 400,000 hours of other professionally produced content, including 613 variety shows. The Company derives substantially all of its revenues from online advertising services.
